Karachi is in the grips of cooling breeze as temperature further decreases giving chills to all residents living all across Sindh.
Karachi remains cold yesterday as a temperature halt activity of people. Karachi cold temperature grips the people when the cold breeze remains prevalent. As people of Karachi come under the grips of cool breeze.
The temperature drops down to a shivering state and is recorded at 11.8°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to be 24°C and the minimum 10°C over the next 24 hours.
During daytime the temperature was stable and bearable for activities. It was sunny and normal whereas at nighttime it was turning out to be significantly cooler.
Neighbouring areas of Thatta, Badin and Hyderabad also reported cold nights where cooling effects of weather are restricting people to halt activities at nighttime as temperature recorded 9°c in Badin at night.
As Karachites was bracing for chilling nights with cooler breeze. Health-care Professionals were advising them to restrict activities at night. And prescribing vulnerable people such as elderly and children’s to ensure cold safety measures and avoid cold-related health issues.
Earlier, robust winds recorded on December 24 and 25, with gusts reaching speeds of 25 to 35 km/h, were predicted for Karachi as forecasted by Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz.
