The radical attack in the USA shocks the entire world, Trump remarked on attack as an “act of pure evil”
The USA army veteran rammed his truck into revelers crowds in the streets of New Orleans, because of a Ford truck crash 15 people killed and 35 people injured so far. After smashing the truck he started firing at people. It was a sheer display of terror and madness. The suspect who was killed in a police shootout, has been identified as Shams-Ud-Din Jabbar, a US citizen from the state of Texas. Such norms are rising in the US society. Surprisingly, the culprit was identified as an American citizen.
In recent times, another case reported where Tesla cars were destroyed outside the grand Las Vegas hotel of Trump. It killed 1 and severely wounded multiple people, “Such incidents are becoming prevalent to harm Trump and restrain him from achieving his political dreams,” many experts said. The FBI is investigating the incident further and referred to it a as “pure act of terrorism”. Further investigation is underway and authorities are looking for connections between two incidents that occurred simultaneously on Wednesday.
Who was the suspect?
The attacker was identified as Shams-Ud-Din Jabbar who hailed from the state of Texas, he graduated from Georgia State University and served in US military and in part of various operations including Afghanistan and many more. He successfully retired from his service, and was rewarded with noble and prestigious ranks. Despite being connected with an educated background he committed a nefarious act which is surprising and baffling for many people to understand. The FBI is investigating further proceedings of the case.
President Joe Biden was briefed by authorities about the situation, he described the attack as “despicable”, and said that hours before Shams-Ud-Din Jabbar had posted videos online “indicating that he was inspired by ISIS”.
The US president, speaking from the presidential retreat at Camp David, addressed the bereaved families and he said, “I want you to know I grieve with you. Our nation grieves with you as you mourn and as you heal.” Further stating “My heart goes out to the innocent victims and their families who came and were trying to celebrate the holiday,”
According to the reports, the attacker in his recent videos and posts showed affection towards fanatic groups, even while hitting the truck, ISIS ( Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) the terrorist faction flag was flying at the time of the attack. It shows that he has indirect connections with terrorist outfits. But still, investigations are underway which will unravel further revelations about the incidents.
New Orleans city is under looming threats of security concerns because of incompetent and futile policies of police. They failed miserably in maintaining rules and regulations, raising serious questions about public safety and the effectiveness of law enforcement. This attack, coupled with the recent incidents involving Tesla cars, highlights a growing concern about the rise of lawlessness within the United States.
